Combine the first five ingredients in a bowl. Whisk well. Place the marinade in a zip top bag. Place the pork chops or pork loin in the marinade. Allow the meat to marinate for 30 to 45 minutes. Remove the meat from the marinade and season with Montreal steak seasoning. Reserve the marinade for basting. Place the meat on a preheated grill. Sear the meat on high for 1 to 2 minutes. Reduce the heat and grill the meat until an internal temperature of 145 degrees has been reached. Baste the meat every couple of minutes with the marinade.
