How to Sear a Steak?
Searing seals in steak's natural juices which can give your meat more flavor and tenderness.
We suggest that you start with a fully thawed steak that has been brought to room temperature. Sprinkle generously with our Original Steak Seasoning and sear over high heat for 1 to 2 minutes on each side on a charcoal grill or a gas grill.
